This notice covers this website only. Our MemoLeap apps have their own privacy information at memoleap.com. Where we process data on behalf of our clients within systems we build or support, we act as a processor under a contract with that client, and the client's own privacy notice applies.
What we collect
When you contact us. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (optional), the topic you choose and your message. If you email or phone us, we receive whatever details you choose to share.
When you browse the site. Our website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags, which collect information about your device and how you arrive at and use the site. See our cookie policy for details.
How and why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss or provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Our lawful basis is your consent, where cookies are involved.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
Contact form messages are delivered to our business mailbox using Microsoft Azure Communication Services. We use trusted service providers to host this website and run our email; they process data only on our instructions. Google receives information collected by its tags as described in our cookie policy, and may process it outside the UK under its own safeguards.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to two years afterwards, unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case we keep them for the life of that relationship and for six years afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
