Transparent pricing
We do not want your organisation to have any surprises when it comes to costs. A clear quotation will proceed any work.
All prices are negotiable and are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate. To give a broad idea of our fees, here are some guide prices:
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation over the telephone, via video conference or if neccesary on-site is usually free of charge. Exceptions to this will be agreed in writing in advance.
Bespoke Development (perpetual license)
Will depend on size of development, but generally starting from £4,500, including 3-month's post-development support.
Bespoke Development (monthly license)
Systems utilising AI are generally offered on a monthly subscription basis, this is becuase AI usage incurs a continuing cost. Implementations start from £95 per month with a setup fee from as little as £995. Other, non AI cloud hosted systems can also be offered on a monthly license basis.
Ad-hoc Remote Support
Where occasional or on-going support is required without an up-front specification. £120 per hour.
Ad-hoc On-Site Support
Rarely needed these days. However, if systems are not online we can still help you. £1,450 per day (to include all UK travel and accomodation costs). £950 per day within London.
