Fair pricing
We do not want your organisation to have any surprises when it comes to costs. A clear quotation will precede any work.
All prices are negotiable and are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate. To give a broad idea of our fees, here are some guide prices:
Free System Review
For an existing system: a conversation, a look at what you have, and a short written note of your options and likely costs. Free and without obligation. An initial consultation for a new system, by telephone, video or if necessary on site, is likewise usually free of charge; any exception will be agreed in writing in advance.
Existing System Remote Support
Fixed prices are preferred. Where occasional or ongoing support is required without an up-front specification, remote support is £69 per hour.
Existing System On-Site Support
Rarely needed these days. However, if systems are not online we can still help you. £495 per day (plus expenses where applicable).
Existing System Support Retainer
For organisations that want help simply to be on hand: an agreed number of support hours each month, with unused hours carried into the following month. Priced per organisation and agreed in writing, so there is never a new quotation to wait for when something needs attention.
Bespoke Development (perpetual licence)
Will depend on size of development, but generally starting from £4,500, including 3 months' post-development support.
Bespoke Development (monthly licence)
Systems utilising AI are generally offered on a monthly subscription basis, this is because AI usage incurs a continuing cost. Implementations start from £95 per month with a setup fee from as little as £995. Other, non-AI, cloud-hosted systems can also be offered on a monthly licence basis.
